What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve the Niseko and Kutchan area in Hokkaido. Remote support is available nationwide.
Do you accept individual clients?
We currently serve business and corporate clients only.
Can you provide a cost estimate?
Costs vary depending on the service and scale. Please contact us for details. Estimates are generally free, though charges may apply without a business engagement.
Is remote support available?
Yes, we offer remote support using Splashtop SOS. Please visit our Remote Support page for details.
Do you offer support outside business hours?
Our standard hours are weekdays 10:00–18:00. Please contact us for emergency situations.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope, but simple equipment installation typically takes 1–2 weeks, while projects involving network design may take 1–2 months. We will discuss the timeline during the initial consultation.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our ongoing support contracts have a minimum term of 6 months. We prioritize clients with ongoing contracts. One-time support is also available, though additional lead time may be required depending on the season.
Can you set up equipment that we provide ourselves?
We can install and configure client-supplied equipment, though additional fees may apply for equipment inspection and compatibility verification. Please note that warranty and ongoing support do not cover client-supplied devices. For optimal reliability, we recommend using our suggested equipment.
Is your solution compatible with our existing systems?
We assess your existing environment before making any recommendations. We can also propose solutions that integrate with your current equipment.
How do you handle data security?
We take data security seriously and manage all client information with strict confidentiality. We are also available to sign NDAs upon request.
Do you provide support in English?
Yes, we provide English support via email and chat. We serve international businesses and overseas property owners in the Niseko area.
