How to Use

    Download the App

    Download the Splashtop SOS app from the button above.

  2. 2

    Launch the App

    Open the downloaded app (usually in your Downloads folder).

  3. 3

    Check the 9-digit Code

    Note the 9-digit session code displayed on screen.

  4. 4

    Share the Code

    Tell the code to our support staff by phone.

  5. 5

    Close the App After Session

    Close the app when done. Remote access is not possible while the app is closed.
